Return Pickup: A delivery agent will collect the product from your address. Quality Check: The returned product will undergo inspection at our supplier’s facility. Replacement Dispatch: If the product passes quality inspection, your replacement/Exchange product will be delivered within 4-7 days Non-Eligible Cases Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases: Failure to provide unboxing video and clear images.
