Refund & Replacement Policy


At Ezy2By, we are committed to delivering quality and satisfaction. Please note that we only offer a one-time replacement for eligible orders. Once a replacement has been issued, no further requests for return or exchange will be accepted.


Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alterations after delivery.

  • Replacement is applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.


Mandatory Requirement

To initiate the replacement process, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos and videos showing the product’s condition.

  • An unboxing video as proof of the product’s initial state upon delivery.


Replacement Process

  1. Request Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, and required proof (photos/videos) is submitted, we will arrange a return pickup.

  2. Return Pickup: A delivery agent will collect the product from your address.

  3. Quality Check: The returned product will undergo inspection at our supplier’s facility.

  4. Replacement Dispatch: If the product passes quality inspection, your replacement/Exchange product will be delivered within 4-7 days


Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Failure to provide unboxing video and clear images.

  • Requests for wrong size or change of mind, unless stated in the product description.

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Requests made after the 7-day window post-delivery.


Refund Policy

Currently, we do not offer refunds. Only replacements are available for qualifying issues as outlined above. Please ensure you meet the eligibility criteria to avoid inconvenience.
