At Ezy2By, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer simple return and exchange options, subject to the following terms.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible.
- For hygiene reasons, personal care products (e.g., nose strips, sweat pads, acne patches, under-eye patches) are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
- Opened or used personal care items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Free gifts and items under promotional offers like Buy 1 Get 1
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at support@ezy2by.com or via WhatsApp.
- Provide your Order ID, images of the product (if damaged or incorrect), and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
Refunds
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected.
- The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
- First exchange shipping is provided free of cost.
