Once a replacement has been issued, no further requests for return or exchange will be accepted. Eligibility for Replacement To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met: The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories. The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alterations after delivery. Replacement is applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received. Mandatory Requirement To initiate the replacement process, customers must provide: Clear photos and videos showing the product’s condition. An unboxing video as proof of the product’s initial state upon delivery. Replacement Process Request Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, and required proof (photos/videos) is submitted, we will arrange a return pickup. Return Pickup: A delivery agent will collect the product from your address. Quality Check: The returned product will undergo inspection at our supplier’s facility. Replacement Dispatch: If the product passes quality inspection, your replacement/Exchange product will be delivered within 4-7 days Non-Eligible Cases Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases: Failure to provide unboxing video and clear images. Requests for wrong size or change of mind, unless stated in the product description. Products without original packaging or missing accessories. Requests made after the 7-day window post-delivery.
